How do you create a steakhouse that says upscale family fine dining when it’s in a very neighborhoody location? By taking traditional design elements and giving them a whole new twist.
The owners of Monty’s Steakhouse came to us because they wanted something completely original. They’d decided on a name and done their research. Our directive was to create an upscale place in the suburbs where people who appreciate fine D.C. dining could come and eat with their families, in their own neighborhood. They wanted quality food; upscale enough for white tablecloths but as comfortable as you’d be in a friend’s dining room. Job done.
