A condo board approached us with the need of updating their 1920’s Capitol Hill building. We worked with the board to create a design solution that accented the historical roots of the building while brightening up the space significantly. Our scope of work included creating a more contemporary color palette for the lobby area and updating the the hallways throughout the building. From a new custom logo rug, to the mirror and drape backdrop of the lobby, we were able to create a warm and visually inviting entry area for residents and guests.
