Think Food Group, the company behind José Andrés restaurants and other initiatives approached us with their desire to increase product sales. Our scope included concepting a host of design solutions that would prominently display their current product. We landed on the creation of a custom, Spanish-infused merchandise case installed in the atrium in two of their Jaleo restaurant locations. The frame is solid maple, custom routed, and the entire case is finished with an automotive grade enamel finish. The doors are lockable sliding glass panels.
